Filing Claims
Homeowners wishing to submit a claim must do so in writing. Written claims may be mailed to:

Bonded Builders is unable to accept homeowner’s claims by telephone or via e-mail.

Your home warranty is not “finalized” without these labels affixed to the appropriate pages in your Warranty Documents and Building Standards booklet. All homeowners should receive these two validation labels within 90 days after closing. Here's how to get the labels if you have not received them from Bovis or Bonded Builders Home Warranty Assoc.

Call 1-800-749-0381 and give them your name, address and Lot number.

If they ask for a Certificate Number and you don't have one, that's OK, they will look it up for you. This is the Bonded Builders Home Warranty office in Boca. They are very helpful and will send you the labels.
